SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If you refuse any shipments from www.ninjacuddle.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Ninjacuddle does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-40 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We employ the services of major trusted international carriers to fulfill your package in a fast and secure manner. Shipping is offered to the following destinations:

Canada 20-35 days via e-packet
The United Kingdom 20-40 days via e-packet
Australia 13-20 days via e-packet
Western Europe: 10 - 35 business days
Rest of the world 20-40 days
*Order processing takes 3-5 business days before shipment, delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing times (if any). Kindly note that the order processing time is not included in the shipping timelines.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.

Shipping Time Frame
Simply put, a maximum time frame of 12 days for most orders. During Holiday times such as Christmas, there may be slightly delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.
We are currently working on setting up quicker/expedited shipping methods!

- On average processing takes 2-4 business days. These products are handmade to order and are high quality and thus take time to produce.
- Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends.
- Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.
- If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
- We do not have this option available because we have to hand make every single product. Time constraints simply do not allow for next day delivery.
- We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed.
- Tracking can be checked through our ORDER STATUS page
- We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated.
- If your tracking shows that "shipping label is created" but you don't see any updates, please allow 1-2 days for an update.
